Girls let’s have some advice please

I play drums in a band and we are getting pretty good but wherever we go there are all these pretty girls are like oh the singer is so hot but I wouldn’t mind getting that just once or twice. Any tips?
I shower daily, use deodorant and I have short, thick, blonde hair which I normally brush to the side. I am tall, slim and plan on getting a little more muscley.
My bad points I would say is I did have a fat upper lip but it is getting better (it was just some random problem I had for a few years. I have a ermm distinct nose which I dislike and I think I have quite a long neck.
I would say my fashion is pretty up to date and stylish
Aww you sound like a perfect guy, to beat the lead getting all the attention show girls you have more about you than just the attractiveness, that you have more confidence and involve the audience more. Its not because your not attractive that your not getting noticed enough its cause your based in the background and the singer creates most of the focus, wear something eye catching or do something to focus thier attention on you
