Where to buy a rug for a dorm room?

I’m changing over dorm rooms next year and having such a hard time finding the kind of rug we want at a somewhat affordable price. Last year I bought a 4×6 blue shag rug from target and we loved it, and that’s going to be in our “living room” type thing this year. Our actual bedrooms are very narrow this year and that kind of rug (which seems to be standard) would just be too big. Plus, I don’t really have 70 bucks to spend on another rug. We still want a shag rug, preferably in a nice bright color. Something very soft, around 3×5 feet. I’ve looked in the common places Target, Walmart, Kohls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Jc Penney, and I just can’t find anything! Any suggestions? Thanks!
