What are some ways I can burn calories during the school day?

This school year I wont have PE because my school is so big that you can only take PE once, and I took it last year.

Take the PE class with the most cardio based plan.
Such as aerobics.
That will get your heart beating and will burn the most calories.

Other tips:
- Take the longest route to get from class to class. Use the stairs whenever possible.
- Drink water throughout the day. Water burns more calories than it consists of, since your body works to digest it. Ice cold water is the best for burning calories, but room temperature absorbs into your body faster.
- Get up to sharpen your pencil instead of using a hand-held.
- Get up to walk to the teacher’s desk instead of raising your hand.
- Tap your feet.
- Clench your butt cheeks.
- Wrinkle your nose.
- Breathe a lot.
- Yawn.
- Stretch your arms out when possible.
- Sneeze, cough, and hiccup when possible.
- Walk to a friend’s locker during passing period.
- Ask to run errands for your teacher.
- Go to the bathroom.
- Join woodshop.
- Talk all the time.
- Rapidly open and close your mouth, like your teeth are chattering.
- Offer to stand if there aren’t enough chairs.
- Think so hard that you start to sweat.
- Let things bother you so much that you cry.
- Scream and yell a lot during pep assemblies.
- Sign up to assist at pep assemblies.
- Join chair crew so you help set up chairs and burn calories.
- While sitting, lift up your legs on the balls of your feet and set them down. Repeat these until your legs are comfortably tired. Then repeat it again about 10 minutes later. Do this whole routine for about an hour or so. This will exercise your calves.
- Stretch your neck from side to side. Look in one direction, then the other. The boys sitting next to you may think you’re checking them out.
- Roll your wrists.
- Crack your knuckles.
