Whats the name of the chinese short story about the loyalty among 2 brothers?
I’m trying to find a that story i read back when i was in middle school. I loved that story. Its about successful chinese man who had many friends, good job, and a loving wife. He also has a brother who didnt have many friends, lazy, and not very well respected. He came home one day to find his wife crying because she accidently killed a man and wrapped him in rug. The chinese man had to disposed of the body but needed some help. He called each of his friends and told them his situation. But was turned down by all of them. He had no choice but to ask the help of his brother. He agreed and helped him carry and bury the body somewhere in the forest. The next day he was arrested by the authority and taking to court. His friends ratted him out. His wife came out and said to the judge there was no body and it was all a hoax. She wanted to prove to her husband that the greatest form of loyalty are among brothers. So does anyone know the name of this story?
