Persian Rug Dyes
Is there a way to remove the red dye of a Persian rug that accidentally ran into other areas of the rug?
I have a persian rug that accidentally got wet and the red dye ran into cream and gold areas. How can you reamove the red stain from those ares?
It is not a knock off, its a 50 year old Kashani heirloom with vegtable dye. Thanks 
To the above answerer, actually low quality Kashani rugs do stain. 
Oh well. I’m sorry about the rug but there is not much you can do any more. Just don’t mess with it to make it worst. The price of it has probably dropped tenfold after what happened to it.
