i’m constipated
what do i do?
i’ve had leafy
salads
and breads of
7 grain
and i still haven’t
poohed
normally i eat
some chicken
vindaloo
i’m afraid
i have an impaction
lodged in the bowel
and i fear a vicious vindaloo
will get stuck behind
the blockage and make
me howel!

There is the cod, whose liver’s soothing
Or the ten-foot purple plant called caster
A shot of both will get bowls moving
Pealing paint and cracking plaster…
