which one of these places have a lower cost of living?

I’m thinking of moving out of my home in Michigan to a metropolis somewhere in the west. I’m not to big on huge cities so i picked a few cities that have sizable populations but of these cities which of these places have lower cost of living, cheaper housing, lower crime, lower sales tax,( you can list them, no need to be really detailed, though u can be if you want to). Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, and Colorado Springs. thanks in advance

i think it is probably albuquerque, i live just outside in rio rancho and its fairly cheap. i moved from Vegas and it was not cheap, i know santa fe is pretty expensive and know people in phoenix, its not cheap there either. not sure about salt lake or colorado springs
