What kind of floor mat do i need to practice flips and acrobats in my garage? right now its cement floor?

I do gymnastics and dance and acrobats, but am doing flips now. i would like to line my garage floor with the mats for doing flips. what would the mat be called???

you can try a foam or rubber floor. Foam would be way better because it gives you the grip on your feet while making the landing easy on your joints at the same time. This type of floor is used for gymnastics, UFC, boxing rings, all sorts of gyms and training centers. Heres some more info:
