My cat drank milk now she is shitting on the floor and there is blood in it why?

I just got my cat 3 days ago, she is 5-year old persian cat and was living with a family, but they didn’t want to take care of her anymore so i took her in.
She was eating dry food all the time but today i put for her some milk and she drank a bit.
Later on she went to teh bathroom and shat once in her litterbox but ti was soft and had some blood in it,
then she went to another corner of the room and shat on the floor and there was a small spot of jellowy liquid nest to it with little blood spots in it. Then while i was cleaning she shat twice on the rug small soft spots as if she has diarrehea..
could it be becuase she is not used to drinking milk? what can i do?
I disinfected the whole area and washed the rugs?
should i be worried and take her to the vet?

sounds like the cat has worms and NEVER give a cat milk, they are lactose intolerant, that is why she keep having diarrhea.

get the cat to the vet this morning and have her checked out the vet will be able to determine what kind of worms she has and will be able to properly treat it. she will probably need some fluids to if she is dehydrated from all that diarrhea.
