2. Glass pipes with steel wool stuff in the bottom of it.
3. Little golden wire circles that come in little baggies.

That sounds like crack or meth to me. DON’T TOUCH IT! Those chemicals can be very very dangerous. This is really too big of an issue for you to take on alone- call a narcotics anonymous center for advice one on one. Do something now- but I wouldn’t call the cops or anything. They would end up really messing up both of your lives.

Edit: If the cops and childrens services didn’t help – call childrens services again. They usually swoop in and try to take the kid out of that situation- so be prepared for that. I still would try narcotics anonymous (or see their website) for advice
