Breakfast – 2 parfaits from McDonalds
Mid-Morning- 20 small pretzel sticks
Lunch- Subway – ham on wheat all veggies, no mayo
Mid afternoon snack- 20 small pretzels
Dinner – Baked Chicken, Green Beans, Salad w/cucumber,green onion,fat free catalina dressing (only 1 tbsp)
Before bed snack – 1 cup blackberries w/ 2 tbsp ff whipped cream.

I also go to the gym 3 days a week for 1 – 1 1/2 hrs. I drink diet pepsi and water, but am trying to cut down on diet pepsi’s and drink more water. I also have 2 flights of stairs in my house and I make sure I go up and down a couple times a day. I wanted to ask you guys cause I have had so much help on here!! Thanks!
