Black, brown, silent, Big medium small large what type of crickets are best to feed to my 1 year old 8 inch ling leopard gecko.

Brown, because they do not have as hard of an exoskeleton as the black ones do, thus making them easier to digest. Buy them from a reputable dealer, so you know they have been properly gut loaded, or buy in bulk and do it yourself.

Size – crickets should be the about the size of the space between your lizards eyes.

Also, make sure you have dusted them before feeding to your lizard with the appropriate calcium / vitamin supplement.
